RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if you are not. For whatever reason that you are dissatisfied, please contact us, and we will be happy to provide a resolution whether it is an exchange, or return for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met :
- All items must be in their original packaging with any product tags intact
- All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in their original conditions
- The products should have no scuff marks , or show any instance of being worn
- Originals receipts would need to be included
- All items would need to be purchased from Eyris within the UK
If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that, within reasonable justification, we would be unable to process any claim for exchange or refund, regardless of whether the items have already been mailed back to us. We reserve the right to use our discretion when dealing with each individual case.
Sales item(s) are non-exchangeable non-returnable.
1. VALIDITY FOR EXCHANGES & RETURNS
All exchanges and returns would need to be raised within 14 days of the delivery date for all UK orders, and 20 days for overseas orders. For local deliveries and returns please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. EXCHANGES & RETURNS ONLINE
2.1 You will need to include your original invoice together with the item(s) in its original condition and packaging.
2.2 Mail us your parcel via recorded delivery.
2.3 Wait for our email confirmation for the receipt of the return, and we will notify you within a processing period of 5 days on the status of the return / exchange.
2.4 All requests for returns will be refunded directly to the bank account from which the purchase was made.
2.5 If any of the products received are deemed defective or a wrong shipment, we will bear the cost of shipping the item(s) from you, and shipping the correct item back to you. Please note that all exchanges are subjected to stock availability and whilst we endeavour to ship a replacement item(s) back to you, we reserve the right to do an exchange by way of an item(s) of a similar value, after consultation with yourself.
2.6 No refunds will be given for taxes, duties, tariffs and excise charges levied for overseas orders either for refunds or exchanged items.

4. OTHER TERMS & CONDITIONS
4.1 All items that are returned and exchanged, can only be made once.
4.2 We reserve the right and full discretion to disqualify you from enjoying free returns if the subsequent item(s) for return or exchange are of the same item(s) as a previous order, was an issue caused by yourself, and / or the decision for returns is unjustified or unreasonable.
4.3 Our returns and exchanges policy does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear of a product.
4.4 Eyris makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose. Any warranties stated must be followed up with the given manufacturer. We reserve the right to provide support in this.
4.5 Such returns are at all times governed by the provisions of the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act.
4.6 All decisions made by Eyris.co.uk is final.
